Each stage of the process is reviewed and controlled in accordance with the most demanding internal procedures and specifications of our management system.

We have a fully equipped metrology DEPARTMENT managed by highly QUALIFIED people.

We introduce in our systems all the improvements in the Integral Gear Service oriented to our customers’ needs.

We have trained technicians and we are equipped with the most updated quality inspection equipment such as:

• CMM DAGLOBAL 07.10.07-PCDEMIS
• Software control gears PCGEAR and unknown gear QiINDOS

• GLEASON Spur Bevel Gear Contact Tester.

• CENTAUR Durometer

We attach to each order Material certificates, Heat Treatment, Dimensional Report including and Profile and Evolution Charts.
